When you start your CBD journey, it can be overwhelming with the amount of information that’s out there. One of the questions we often get asked at Leaf Organic CBD is what strength bottle of CBD should I buy?

Here at Leaf Organics, we have three different strength bottles of CBD, a 500mg bottle of CBD, a 1000mg bottle, and a 2000mg bottle. We start everybody on a daily dose of 25 milligrams (mg) of CBD, moving up to a dose of 40mg a day if required, but what is 25mg?
A key thing to remember with any bottle of CBD you purchase it’s the milligram (mg) of CBD in the bottle that is important, not the percentage.
For example, you could buy the 2000mg or 20% bottle, and take 2-3 drops, or buy the 1000mg or 10% bottle, and take 4 drops and achieve the same dose.
Everybody metabolised CBD differently and the exact dose will vary from person to person. Your weight, metabolic rate, condition, and response to CBD will all affect the amount that you require.
Start with 25mg of CBD a day and add 1-2 drops extra each day until you find the dose that’s best for you.
Don’t rush, it can take up to 6–8 weeks to get the full results from CBD as it has a cumulative effect.
