I have suffered from scalp psoriasis for about 10 years, this year it started to spread to my eyelids.
Psoriasis causes patches of skin that are dry, red, and covered in silver scales. Some people find their psoriasis causes itching or soreness.
I also suffered from painful cystic acne, getting at least one new cystic spot every day.

I wash my face morning and evening with the 100mg Charcoal cleansing soap. I try and leave the soap on my skin for one minute, the soap has helped draw out all the impurities in my skin and find my skin is clean and calmer straight after using the soap,
I then apply a small amount of the 500mg balm daily. onto the individual spots and any patches of psoriasis on my face. The bam smells amazing and takes the pain out of any of the sore cysts.
I also take around 25mg Natural 1000mg CBD oil which is about 5 drops a day. I take 2-3 drops in the morning and 2-3 drops in the evening. I have noticed since taking the oil daily my skin is better, but I feel it has helped balance my hormones and I just feel better.
