Endometriosis has been a huge problem for the last few years.
I am a busy mum of 4 and always on the go looking after the children and running a personal training business. Since baby number 4, I have suffered from really bad periods. The pain in my legs and pressure hurts to walk and even sit down. Having also experienced an increase in the heaviness of the period is horrid, which I now know is endometriosis.

Taking 1 gum a day from the 1st day of my period. My pain has not been eliminated but it has been reduced by at least 50%. Now I can function like a normal human, and it helps to settle my hormones. My mood is much better and I don’t feel ratty or irritable as much. The other plus is my period the bleed is much lighter and has minimal clots.
It’s saved my body from using over-the-counter medication which has so many side effects and best of all I don’t need an operation I feel much better for it!!!
