UK delivery options:
- Enjoy free standard UK delivery for all orders exceeding £50 through Royal Mail.
- For orders under £50, a delivery charge of £2.95 will apply at checkout. They are dispatched via Royal Mail’s 1st class service. Orders received after 10 am will be processed on the following day.
- Please note that any orders placed after 1 pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
- The standard delivery timeframe for 1st class Royal Mail is 2-3 days. However, please be aware that delivery times may vary if any disruptions are affecting Royal Mail services.
Returns
Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 14 days of receipt.
- Goods must be unopened with seals intact. To cancel or return goods please contact us via email quoting your order number.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the items. A refund will be made to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the items. We advise that you obtain proof of postage with any return. We also recommend that you use an insured, trackable delivery service.
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will advise you of your return number and how to arrange the return. We will provide a replacement or refund within 14 days. We will also refund your return postage costs if the item is faulty or damaged. We advise that you obtain proof of postage when you return the items. Please do not return faulty items without a return number.
